Delivery information
In the unusual circumstance where a product is no longer available in stock we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or advise of the delivery delay. If an item is not available to purchase online, it may be temporarily out of stock or an item we order on request - please contact us so that we can advise the likely lead time.
Delivery charges
For orders up to £50 we charge a flat rate of £4.95 per package, orders over £50 are free delivery to a UK Mainland address!
For paddles under £50 we charge £14.00
For boat deliveries over 3 metres, we can arrange delivery which would usually be on our own transport. The cost of this is by arrangement, and would depend on location and whether we can combine your order with another delivery in your area which would help to reduce the costs.
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
Collect In Store. Orders can also be collected in person from our Kent based showroom. All you need to do to opt for collect in store is to select the appropriate option from the drop down menu when at the checkout stage of your purchase online with Kent Canoes.
Understanding Stock Availability
In Stock. Item is in store and ready for dispatch! All items order before 4pm (Tuesday - Friday) will be sent that day, anything after that will be sent the following working day.
We'll order it in. Item is not in store but usually available from our suppliers within 3-5 working days. However, if this there is some reason why this isn't the case we will contact you ASAP to sort out an alternative product to suit your needs.
Call for Availability. There are a number of reasons our products may state this;
Awaiting Stock - We constantly have new stock arriving. If the item you are looking for is unavailable, get in touch and we can advise the likely delivery time.
Items ordered on request - Some products are not held in stock but can be order on request. We can provide a delivery estimate.
Second hand boats - If the boat you are viewing is being sold by one of our customers, please call them directly for further information. If the second hand boat is being sold by us, please feel free to visit the shop during our normal open hours to view it.
