This ticket gives you entry to the Film festival and demo day on the 6th May 2018, Your ticket will be posted to you and needs to be presented at the gate on the day to gain entry.
Entry to the site will be from 10am where people will be able to participate in kayaking, canoeing, SUPs (Stand Up Paddle Boards), and Archery lessons. The lessons are on a first come first serve basis and we will have a limited number available at one time, but will be running multiple session during the day and will do our best to make sure everyone gets a go.
The film festival will begin at 9:30pm and will be shown outside so we encourage people to bring camping chairs and blankets and if the weather looks bad, appropriate clothing.
In the case of bad weather the event may still go ahead. There will be some limited cover provided on the site during the day and during the film screening but this may not be enough for everyone to use so please dress accordingly (we are hoping for sun but the British weather is unpredictable).
There are no refreshment venues on site so people are welcome (and encouraged) to bring their own. There is a newly refurbished pub that is planning to be open and ready for business before the event just across the road.
There is no parking available on the site but there is a limited amount of free parking on the road. There is a public car park available on the other side of the bridge from the site, although this is a chargeable car park and you will be required to pay cash on the way in.
As discussed in the terms and conditions if you have a preexisting medical condition you will need to complete a health form, you can do this prior to the event by completing the form here, the deadline for these is May 4th.
