Prospector 16, Classic: The Prospector 16 is said by many to be the finest all round design ever produced. Our version of this classic design has a shape full of flowing lines. The softly arched hull, gives a smooth progressive performance in waves with good speed and acceleration. The hollowed bow and stern lets the Prospector slip through the water so easily and helps hold the chosen paddling line. A moderate rocker gives maneuverability and the ability to load the Prospector without losing performance. The slight tumblehome that aides paddling close to the hull strengthens its form shape and looks so beautiful in combination with the recurved bow and stern.
